2013 marks the beginning year of language barrier breaking MC Jinz Moss. Reluctantly known for his clever bars, locked-in stage presence, capturing storytelling, extravagant vocabulary, cypher body bagging, International roots & trademark style switch ups from Steven King horrorcore lyricism to a modern day poetic Shakespeare riddler.
Since arriving in Sydney in 2013, Jinz Moss has been pushing his primary export far and wide, starting by linking up with local Hip hop blog, PoetryRunsDeep. PoetryRunsDeep acted as promoters and artist management to help Jinz methodically craft his debut horrorcore mixtape “Memoirs of a Homunculus”. The release got him signed to independent label FIGHT MUSIC! Records and instantly landed him numerous gigs at Hip Hop events all across Sydney including One Mic, Foundry, Hand That MC a Mic & Bounce, to name a few. Meanwhile, he has been invited to support a growing number of international acts including Xzibit and P.H. Fat.
The buzz around this exciting new artist had led to interviews and airplay on FBI Radio (Australia’s 2nd largest independent station), High Rotation, Urban Spot radio and Sounds of Zulu Nation.
After first bursting up in the scene as “Jinz” and being trademarked for his filthy lyricism, he started to mature as an artist, chasing more of a conscious route, departing his horror core style and altering his name to "Jinz Moss." New beginnings found "Jinz Moss" taking more of a soulful approach to his music which is riddled through his highly anticipated follow-up release "Lost & Deported." Alongside the talented minds at FIGHT MUSIC! Records, he has shown astonishing growth and improvement since his last release.
With the new release under his belt, a trip back home to London and a growing fanbase to come back to, there’s no doubt that the incendiary lyricist and storyteller from across the lake, Jinz Moss, is leaving nothing to chance in securing his ascension to Hip-Hop royalty.
